PYLONTECH FORCE H3 · ENERGY STORAGE
Pylontech Force H3 FH10050 – 5.12 kWh Battery Module
The Pylontech Force H3 FH10050 is a 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 high-voltage battery module rated at 102.4 V, 50 Ah and 39 kg. Two to seven modules plus an FC1000 controller form a modular 10.24–35.84 kWh battery system. The module has no standalone 230 V outlet.
Key specifications
Description and system configuration
The Force H3 is a modular high-voltage battery range for compatible solar, hybrid and backup systems. Each module provides 5.12 kWh nominal energy. A complete stack needs at least two modules, the matching FC1000 battery control system and an approved inverter.
The manufacturer lists two to seven FH10050 modules per tower for 10.24–35.84 kWh nominal energy. Multiple approved groups may be used in parallel depending on system and inverter. Importantly, the former SEV dimensions of 540 × 350 × 530 mm describe the smallest complete tower, not the individual battery module.
Lithium iron phosphate chemistry, long stated cycle life, CAN/Modbus interfaces and IP55 for the assembled system support modular installation. High-voltage work, configuration and extensions require trained professionals and current compatibility approval.
Benefits and equipment
Scalable LFP energy storage.
High-voltage battery rated 50 Ah.
Two to seven modules in a compatible stack.
BMS control and communication integration.
System reference under manufacturer conditions.
Under specified testing conditions.
Compact 540 × 350 × 170 mm module.
Parallel operation only if approved.
Technical highlights and considerations
Do not confuse module and complete stack
One FH10050 module measures 540 × 350 × 170 mm and weighs 39 kg. A full stack with two modules and controller is 540 × 350 × 530 mm and weighs around 92 kg. The old 46 kg figure is not applicable to this single module.
Sizing battery stacks and DC voltage
Two to seven modules form 10.24–35.84 kWh stacks at 204.8–716.8 V DC. The inverter must support the DC voltage window and BMS communications. A single battery is not a standalone AC power product.
Nominal capacity versus usable energy
Pylontech states up to 95% depth of discharge. With two modules the nominal energy is 10.24 kWh and usable energy around 9.69 kWh; seven provide 35.84 kWh nominal and about 34.01 kWh usable. AC conversion losses are additional.
Protection, communications and parallel groups
The assembled system is rated IP55 and supports Modbus RTU and CAN. Up to six battery groups may be possible when approved. Controller FC1000, inverter and communications must be correctly matched.
Temperature and cycles
The module is documented for operation from about −10 to +55°C. BMS may derate power in cold or hot conditions. The 8,000+ cycle figure is a manufacturer reference under specified tests, not a guarantee for every application.
Approved inverters and installation
The old SEV page correctly refers to inverter compatibility. High-voltage batteries require approved inverters, protection and professional installation. Expanding a tower also requires compatible state of charge, firmware and system configuration.
Suitable applications
Battery storage for approved PV installations.
Modular energy capacity in 5.12 kWh steps.
High-voltage storage scaled to actual energy demand.
Extend approved Force H3 stacks professionally.
With approved inverter and transfer systems.
Parallel operation subject to approval.
Before ordering
This listing covers one FH10050 module. FC1000 controller, base and approved inverter must be included in the full system.
