When using power generators on the construction site, what counts is reliability, robustness and economical operation. The units must have a stable base frame so that they can be moved with a crane, excavator or wheel loader. Mounting on a construction site chassis or roadworthy trailer makes transport between the construction site and the construction yard easier. For environmental protection and health protection, the modern construction site generators meet the European Stage V emissions standard (according to Regulation EU 2016/1628). New power generators can only be used mobile with this emission level. It should be noted that modern engines and exhaust gas purification systems should not be operated below 30% of the nominal power for a long time in order to avoid damage to the engine and exhaust gas purification system.
