The EHR Battery Power Generator is a new system for energy storage and distribution. It is compact, quiet and clean and has been specially developed for integration into power generation systems with gas or diesel generators as well as for connection to the power grid or photovoltaic modules. It is equipped with the HICORE system, a management technology developed by Himoinsa that allows for more efficient use of energy. This smart grid controller selects the cheapest energy source for each charging condition, achieving the most environmentally friendly and efficient energy solution.

The pre-configured operating mode selector switch allows the user to configure the Battery Power Generator for the different applications or operating modes in just 3 simple steps: Plug & Play, Off-peak, Peak Shaving, UPS, Load Sharing. And always with the aim of increasing efficiency, reducing emissions, gaining sustainability and flexibility and optimizing energy resources. The battery power generator includes and integrates batteries, inverter, control unit, power connectors, MC4 solar connectors and MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) in a compact housing.

The LFP batteries are designed to last 50,000 hours. With one cycle per day, this would mean a lifespan of around 5 years, significantly more than batteries and storage systems from other manufacturers. The battery pack can be replaced quickly and inexpensively.

The battery power generator is reliable and robust. Its mobile rental roof can withstand extreme environmental conditions. The EHR guarantees high performance in a wide temperature range from -15ºC to 45ºC. Its electrical and mechanical protections ensure the safety of the user at all times. The EHR is ideal for urban, noise-sensitive environments as well as metropolitan buildings and events, telecommunications, rental equipment for low-load problems and renewable energy storage.

The HIMOINSA EHR has an overload capacity of up to 300% to start electric motors. Additionally, it can be combined with battery storage energy and the main power source (genset or grid) to increase the overall performance of the hybrid system by an additional 100 amps.
